Gauges wired up, except the clock. I dont really need that its just filling a hole til I get a maching VDO boost gauge.
Need to find a suitable gearstick gaiter and then trim it up in grey to match the interior.

As mentioned in the previous post I started having clutch problems on the way to Shell Island in Wales. Clutch started slipping going up hill. Managed to nurse the Bluestar to the campsite, and all the way back home to Huddersfield.
As luck would have it on the Monday we received at work an email from Black Diamond (who’s brakes we already sell) informing us of their range of uprated clutch kits.
Although there was nothing listed for the T3, a quick phone call had a standard clutch being modified with uprated linings and spring pressure, and on its way to us for delivery Friday.

Woke up bright and early Saturday. Pulled the box. Discovered the Input Shaft was loose.
Still cant figure out how, but suffice to say the clutch was fine.
The new clutch was fitted anyway, and first impressions are good. Pick up seems better on engaging drive.
Will see how the Black Diamond Clutch fares over a long period, at the moment though i’m really happy with it.
High points of fitting the clutch weren’t:

Nothing too exciting for a first post… Just a photo from Shell Island in Wales a couple of weekends ago. Lovely weekend. Clear Skies. Hot sun. Whilst the rest of the UK was basking in cloudy skies and torrential rain.
